You Have A Message From Europe Project was conducted for 12 months between the dates of 01 December 2007 – 31 November 2008 under the coordination of Kaced Association under the partnership of Bulgarian European Community Studies Association (Bulgaria) the Brief name of which is BECSA Association and The EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy (Czech Republic) with the support of the European Union.
