The main goal of the project is that cultural dialogue and tolerance is established through with living the authentic local culture and folklore which had be forgotten in Spain which is member of EU and in Turkey which is a candidate of member of EU. Also, to Ensure a better knowledge and understanding of the candidate countries concerned within the European Union, including their arts and their culture, thus allowing for a beter awareness of the opportunities and challenges of future enlargement.
The specific objective of the project is that artists/operators who are in the Black Sea Region where has a few effect of EU in Turkey and local artists and operators who are in the Catalonia Region will be brough together. Therefore, Cultural dialogue will be provided to allocate long-term partnership. Also, the project was intended to increase knowledge and understanding related to way of culture and art about EU's culture, values and citizenship, between Local artists / operators who live in the Black Sea Region.
